All Honor To Their Name!
The White Rose Ceremony, added to Sigma Chi’s Ritual in 1909, is a solemn public tradition honoring a brother’s passing into the Chapter Eternal. During the service, members place white roses over their hearts and upon the casket, symbolizing purity, remembrance, and the enduring bond of brotherhood. As one of the few public parts of the Ritual, it offers a glimpse into Sigma Chi’s values of love, respect, and eternal fellowship.
